The #1 Reason Most Diets Fail – & What You Can Do to Ensure You Lose Weight & Keep It Off!

There’s a simple reason why most diets fail — they do not produce results fast enough.

It’s no fun to eat small portions of food that don’t satisfy our hunger cravings. It’s no fun to go to the gym day after day — and when you are doing all of this and the scale is barely budging, it can be incredibly discouraging.

It can make you want to give up altogether or try a different plan.

Personal trainer and health and nutrition coach Brian Flatt has seen this scenario play out again and again and it has affected the way he approaches weight loss with his clients.

“For a diet to be successful, I truly believe that the diet must produce visible and significant results fast,” Flatt said. “When the dieter sees real results quickly, he or she becomes more engaged. And when I can get the dieter engaged by seeing real results, a ‘snowball effect’ occurs; results get better and better as dieters see themselves getting leaner and leaner.”

To help dieters lose weight fast and avoid falling victim to discouragement, Flatt has created a new diet program that he calls The 3 Week Diet. He is now making this program available online to the general public because of the amazing success his clients have had with it.

Most diets fail

“On this program, dieters notice favorable body composition changes in the first couple of days,” Flatt said. “In the very first week alone, dieters are likely to see in the neighborhood of 10 pounds of fat stripped away from their body. Their clothes will be looser, they will feel lighter and they’ll feel 10 times better.”

So why is Flatt’s program able to produce such rapid weight loss?

The 3 Week Diet focuses on providing dieters with only the essential nutrients that their body needs for good health and proper functioning, while eliminating all those nutrients that slow or even stop them from burning fat. Most Diets Fail to do this and therefore never get results of any significance.

More specifically, the diet program addresses a body’s hormones, and how those hormones affect the body’s ability to burn fat and lose weight. Dieters get a specifically tailored, step-by-step blueprint that tells them what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat for the absolute best weight loss results.

The program also utilizes several supplements that — in combination with the diet — helps users recruit body fat to be burned for fuel, maintain their lean body mass, and increase their metabolism.

Most Diets Fail – The 3 Week Diet Won’t Fail

All of this is included in a simple, straightforward, step-by-step presentation that doesn’t require a doctorate to follow.

Most diets fail because of what has been mentioned right here. And most diets fail because they take forever to ever see any kind of results. One more reason that most diets fail, is because the average person don’t like starving themselves for months and months. This video << will take you to real people getting real results, and much more…“It’s true that fast results are the key to sustained weight loss, but a successful weight loss program must also be easy to follow,” Flatt said. “Complicated, overly stringent plans drive people away.”

So to recap, according to Flatt, if you really want to lose weight and keep it off, you need a plan that both produces fast results and is easy to follow.

He believes that he has created that program with The 3 Week Diet. To learn more about the program and determine if it could be the solution that allows you to finally lose weight and keep it off, please visit here << to get the truth about dieting…

Apple Volcano

Today for all about me week we are learning about the 3 different kinds of apples. I decided to do an apple volcano that I found on Pinterest. Ingredients: 1 apple with the top around the stem cut out, 4 tbs baking soda, small cup vinegar. I put the baking soda under the top of the apple cut out and then added the vinegar in the cracks around the cut out apple.

The kids loved the reaction that happened.

Dental Week – National Children’s Dental Health Month

Dental week at Little Rascals Daycare.

This month-long national health observance brings together thousands of dedicated dental professionals, health care providers and others to promote the benefits of good oral health to children and adults, caregivers, teachers and many others.

Attitudes and habits established at an early age are critical in maintaining good oral health throughout life.

By participating in the annual celebration of National Children’s Dental Health Month, members of the dental team, parents, teachers and others can help keep children’s smiles beautiful now and for years to come.

The kids at Little Rascals Daycare are learning how to properly take care of their teeth this week. During dental week the children all get help brushing, flossing, and using mouthwash so they learn how important it is and the best way to do it.

It is very important that children learn early on how to properly take care of their teeth and gums. This is something that once taught, then they won’t forget and less likely to neglect.

Dental week is fun for the children, but also rewarding as well. All of the children get their own toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, and stickers to take home. There is also information for their parents as well.

Adapted from Peanut Butter Chocolate Rice Krispies recipe.

Yield: 12 squares

Ingredients:

1/2 cup chunky almond butter*
1/2 cup brown rice syrup*
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp Earth Balance (or non-dairy spread)
1/2 tsp kosher salt, or to taste
3.5 cups Nature’s Path GF Rice Krisp Cereal
Chocolate drizzle: 1/4-1/2 cup chocolate chips, 1 tbsp almond butter, pinch salt
Shredded coconut, to garnish

Directions:

1. Prepare an 8 inch by 8 inch square pan, by lining it with parchment paper on both sides.

2. In a large pot over low-medium heat, add the brown rice syrup, Earth Balance, almond butter, and salt. Stir well until combined and heated through. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

3.. Stir in 3.5 cups of rice crisp cereal until thoroughly combined.

4. Scoop into pan and spread evenly. Press down with fingers or roll flat with pastry roller. Place in freezer to set for 5 minutes while you make the chocolate glaze.

5. In a microwave safe bowl, add the chocolate chips. Microwave for about 60 seconds, stirring after 30 seconds. Be careful not to burn. Stir in the almond butter and pinch of salt.

6. Remove pan from freezer and drizzle or spread with melted chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with coconut and place in the freezer until firm, about 15 minutes. Slice into squares. Bars will hold their shape quite well at room temperature, but you can store in the fridge to ensure the chocolate stays solid.

Notes: 1) You can use any nut butter you like. If you use a smooth variety, you can add some chopped nuts for more crunch. 2) Brown rice syrup is used in this recipe because it is a great binder and it holds together these treats. If you use another liquid sweetener, I can’t guarantee that they will hold together as well.
